    For anyone experiencing this problem, this was how it was resolved for me: I got quite a few emails once I had purchased the code, which included an order confirmation, order receipt, payment confirmation, account verification codes. I had already made an account so I ignored the one that said “Action acquired” “To manage your items or access digital products you must sign in or create a Gallup Access account.” Once I clicked the link in that email I could login, follow the steps and I was able to access the code from there.

    Very interesting observations and report about global happiness. However, it is disappointing to note that Oman is left out in the study. Omanis take great pride in being hospitable and like nothing more than to welcome guests into their homes and feed them the best meals they can. I believe Oman and its people would surprise the Gallup if included in the research.

    Great, except for the music. I cannot concentrate on content when there is music in the background. I have to turn off the sound and read the CC. PLEASE, PEOPLE! Stop putting music in videos where talking people are delivering content. A billion people will thank you!!!!

    This is the worst experience signing in that I have ever experienced. How was I to know my user name was ls3f2nt8l? How am I to know my password. There is no place to create an account. I punched the button that said I needed assistance, I was told I would get an email in up to 10 minutes. That never happened! What a waste of time? Why isn't help more quickly available? Terrible way for you to set this up!!!!!

    Any data what country originated this type of employment-separation practice? Or is there any information that suggests companies in the US, AUS, EU are more likely to do this vs. the BRICS nations? Very curious if there’s a relationship to geopolitical/socioeconomic situations on where these companies are physically situated in.

    I totally stuck to seen world happiness index 2023 . I thought 💭 member of Gallup eat drugs befor make this index . You know how many state in india , culture of india, tourism of india , industry of india , foods availability in india , medicine availability in india, road infrastructure in india , public transport india , youth participants in development of country in india. I sure you didn't know any thing about india . You show only wastern perception about india of 1990 . , This is modern India Today we enjoy UPI payment system which is unique interface in the world. ISRO success, GDP growth 📈, best iit whose student run most it company of the world ex- Twitter, Google, Adobe, Microsoft, UA-cam, Nokia, masters card etc . I am totally criticize this type drunken report who explain happyness of 140cr men of country. We know usa , wastern country is not wants to see indias development.

    This seems to be a theory someone created to make a name for themselves. Sigh. This is a conflation of several issues, including poor training, disinterest, and/or intentional ouster, instead of trend or direct/intentional action of the manager. This theory, as presented, needs more thought.

    There's an elephant in the employee engagement room, and everyone in the talent and HR support industry is ignoring it. No one is addressing EE/eX from this perspective. "here's what we did to improve employee engagement, this is the process we followed, how long it took, who led the initiative, how the blockers in leadership were handled, the CEO's role, and the financial metrics used to measure the results. Gallup uses spurious correlation when they say companies in their top quartile of EE are 21% more profitable. They conveniently ignore the causation aspect. All they have done is to OBSERVE that successful companies have more highly engaged employees; causation is not stated. It's far more likely that the higher engagement results from the company's success. Were that not true, Gallup would cite examples of companies that embraced EE/EX and, as a result, raised their standing into the next quartile. This holds true for most EE/EX/HR service providers. At some point, you would think someone would start talking about results, but that's not the case. Here's one example of solving the EE/EX problem instead of lecturing about the need for engagement.       From my perspective, actively disengaged workers aren't quiet. You know they are unhappy. They tend to be more vocal. You know they don't like their jobs, managers or the organization. They may be angry, upset, toxic, and/or not teamplayers. They may even discourage people from applying or coming to work from your organization. Someone who is quietly quitting is doing so discreetly and not negatively impacting the people around them.

      Engaged : These employees are loyal and psychologically committed to the organization. They are more productive and more likely to stay with their company. Not Engaged: These employees may be productive, but they are not psychologically connected to their company. They are more likely to miss workdays and leave the organization. Actively Disengaged: These employees are physically present but psychologically absent. They are unhappy with their work situation and insist on sharing this unhappiness with their colleagues

    Why are these people claiming Latinos? They too support the oppression and owe reparations. Like I said the P.O.C. fraction is an informants' group. Their was never a need to slow up and become seduced by Eurocentrism until the death of our population was an unbearable martyrdom that future generations unknowingly worshipped.
